Any person who is found to have violated an order of the town board of trustees or who failed to comply with any provision of Sections 13.32.100 through 13.32.1100, and the orders, rules and regulations issued hereunder, shall be fined not less than one hundred dollars nor more than one thousand dollars for each offense. Each day on which a violation shall occur or continue shall be deemed a separate and distinct offense. In addition to the penalties provided herein, the town may recover its reasonable attorney’s fees, court costs, court ordered fees, fines or civil penalties assessed against the town resulting from violations of Sections 13.32.100 through 13.32.1100, and other expenses of litigation by appropriate suit at law against the person found to have violated Sections 13.32.100 through 13.32.1100 or the orders, rules and regulations issued hereunder.
