All persons shall have the right to appeal the building commissioner’s decision first through the town board and then to the Indiana Department of Fire and Building Services in accordance with the provisions of I.C. Sections 22-11-1-16 or 22-11-21.5 as applicable. (Ord. 731 § 17, 1987).
