The annual report of the bureau of fire prevention shall be made on or before the thirty-first day of January and transmitted to the town board of trustees; it shall contain all proceedings under this chapter, with such statistics as the chief of the fire department may wish to include therein. The chief of the fire department shall also recommend any amendments to this chapter which, in his judgment, shall be desirable. (Ord. 442 § 5, 1970).
