Any person, persons, firm, corporation or organization violating any provision of this chapter shall be fined the sum of one hundred dollars for each offense. The imposition of a penalty for a violation shall not excuse the violation or permit its continuance and the violation shall be remedied within a reasonable time. Each ten days or part thereof that a violation continues shall be considered a separate offense. (Ord. 518 § 39, 1974: Ord. 442 § 12, 1970).
